Пјевачко друштво броји око 60 сталних чланова, заљубљеника духовне и уопште хорске музике. "Богољубље" редовно учествује на литургијама не само у свом матичном храму, него и у бројним храмовима СПЦ на шорем подручју регије, чијем позиву се радо одазива.
Идеја оснивања овог хора је у ствари наставак богате музичке и хорске традиције града Добоја, која датира још од почетка 20. вијека када је у овом граду активно радило СЦПД "Јавор".
СЦПД "Богољубље" је формирано на оснивачкој скупштини друштва одржаној 28. фебруара 2011. године, као мјешовито пјевачко друштво при Саборном спомен храму Рођења Пресвете Богородице у Добоју.
